Eve Austin

Eve is based in the Southport Office and qualified as a solicitor in 2005.She specialises in wills, probate, inheritance tax planning, enduring powers of attorney, court of protection and issues relating to the elderly.

Judith Bond

Judith is a partner in the Southport office and qualified as a solicitor in 2002.She is also a solicitor advocate. Judith undertakes civil litigation, employment and landlord & tenant work.

Geoffrey Dootson

Geoff qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and is based at the Ainsdale office. He concentrates on wills, tax planning, trusts, Court of Protection and probate work. Geoff is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Clare Ellison

Clare is based at the Southport office and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2004.She is also currently studying to qualify as a solicitor. Clare is a family lawyer dealing with children matters, domestic violence and divorce work including ancillary relief. She is a member of Resolution.

Gordon Hatton

Gordon qualified in 1971 and is a partner at the Ainsdale office. He undertakes business and commercial work with specific expertise in commercial property including landlord & tenant and the preparation and renewal of leases. Gordon also acts in the sale and purchase of businesses and in residential conveyancing transactions. Gordon is a Member of the Personal Finance Society.

Paul Leadsom

Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2008 having completed his law conversion course whilst a trainee solicitor with Hodge Halsall. Paul's first degree is in Business in Europe & Spanish. Paul specialises in residential & commercial property and landlord & tenant work.

Karen Nodding

Karen is a family and matrimonial law specialist based at the Southport office. She qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and is also a member of The Law Society's Children Panel.

Sarah Parkinson

Sarah is a trainee solicitor at the Southport office and has experience of civil litigation and wills & probate work. Sarah completed her law degree in 2006 and is continuing her studies to qualify as a solicitor.

Jane Riley

Jane is based in the Ainsdale office and has over 20 years experience of legal work. Jane specialises in probate, wills and enduring powers of attorney.

Mark Robinson

Mark is a partner at the Southport office and specialises in commercial, employment and personal injury work. He qualified in 1983 and in addition to his law degree has a Masters in Employment Law. Mark is a member of the Employment Law Association, The Law Society's Personal Injury panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Susan Simpson

Sue has significant experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and is based at the firm's Ainsdale office.
