Funding

We are recognised for the quality of our family work by the Legal Services Commission and at our initial meeting we will assess whether you are eligible for public funding (legal aid). We will then assist you with any application for funding.

If you are not eligible for public funding we will discuss with you the best way for you to fund your case.

We provide cost estimates at the outset and will keep you regularly informed of the costs incurred in your case throughout the conduct of your matter.
