Complaints

If you have any problems with the work that we have undertaken on your behalf please raise your concerns in the first instance with the person who has responsibility for your matter. If this does not resolve your grievance please refer the matter to the Firm's Complaints Officer Mr Derek Alman at our Southport Office. Any complaint to Mr Alman should be within 6 months of the end of your matter or termination of the retainer.

We aim to resolve the significant majority of complaints "in-house". However, if you are dissatisfied with the response you receive from us then you may refer to-:
